I found this downtown while out and about this weekend, we don't see many Wirtgens in this area. As a matter of fact this is the first one I have seen in Idaho, it's owned by an out of state company.
I was impressed with its size and have fallen in love with the Wirtgen's! Enjoy the pics!

Here is a 2200 we work with with quite a lot. They do a lot of actual "road mining" with this machine Many of the milling contractors and some of the general's in this area have have gone to Wirtgens. They are the finest mills as far as I am concerned.

We have several Wirtgen 2100's, they are really top-notch machines. Our guys call them "mighty mouse" because they're so much smaller (dimensionally) than most mills.

I think that Wirtgen and Cat each have pro/cons to each profiler design. BHP Ekati has two of these 2200 as surface miners for the Kimberlite. They do a great job in areas where it is straight kimblerlite.

Just saw two more 2200's here in buffalo up in the north towns, they look awesome with the folding conveyor. I am hoping that NZG does a model of the 2100/2200 soon.

that would be ok. personally i'd like to see the w2000 done in the detail the w100f is in. as long as the canopy is removable. i'm not a fan of having the canopy on those things.

I agree, but they are German machines and NZG is a German company so getting them minus the canopy is slim to none unfortunately.

well it can have the canopy but it should not be permanetly mounted. like the current dc1900 and w2000 models are.
