nice looking machine....heres my problem. i understand this giant back side is due to emissions and what not...whats going to happen to the dozer hoods? if they grow this much visibility will suffer. just my opinion. beian

Brian,

It's a valid concern from a safety stand point, but as long as you can see the sides or corners of the blade, that's more than enough. I've not gotten a chance to sit in one yet, but from what I hear of the new D7e's they have very good visibility every where but straight forward (and right behind you, but that's not so much from emissions or the engine). Just my two cents, but then again, in the high tracks, there is a lot more room to work with, since the engines tend to sit pretty low in the frame.Think Eh?
