Hi guys this is an extremely rare occasion for me
to be blessed with the presents of such a machine
unfortunately I missed her lifting in the bridge beam,
but as you will see she was still taking the strain
whilst workers bolt it together.
Enjoy. Smile

I hung around watched for 2 hours and not much was
happening there appears to be problems attaching the
beams together.

Nice, Gottwald cranes never get old! Well they do, but they were as good 20 years ago as the other modern cranes are today!

Thanks for all your kind comments!.

I believe it's only going to be there
another 2-3 days max, there's one
more beam to lift in which they're
doing today then they're dismantling
it Sad
Here's a couple pics of the last
beam on some SPMT's ready to go.

Good to see the old gal working so hard, remember her at Heysham NPS back in 1984 spent several weeks with her erecting steel work for temp gantry crane to instal pile cap to reactor vessel.

Hi all,
I was at a performance/exotic car gathering today and at the arrival of the venue I was greeted with the sight that is shown in the first photo Smile

I couldn't really work out what it was going to be doing but it had some interesting looking slings.

For anyone who is near by and maybe fancies a look it's at York Road Business Park in Malton, York.
