I have a Mitch Gomez Koehring 1266D that i have been trying to find a good picture of where the factory name and numbers go,,,And i need some help or some pictures to show where they go on the real machine. The model i got never had the Decals put on and it looks kinda bare without them. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks..
Brian F. I know your a koehring Fan Can you locate some pics for me..

thanks for the pics,,,Brian,,,Is that one you built way back in the day,,,Looks Very nice,,I know i look at the one i got from you all the time Great Model,,,Waiting to get the next one when your done..Like 2 of each of what you build...
I notice the location on the 1066 is different than the 1266,,Not sure if the Blue Cyclinders and undercarriage is later year or if the D make it that much of difference,,,I can not find a real Machine that has the same color setup...
I guess i can use my best judgement for that is worth lol
Thanks,,,,would like to see more pictures,,of these old Machinery

Is it the angle or does the stick look massive on Butch's model? Nonetheless the models look great. What are the Koehrings compared to these days?

yes Butch.... i built that one i think 3 years ago. it was my second custom. i made that one then 3 more after that. id like to make a 1466 some day but i cant find an affordable base model to build from. i lack the time and patience to build from scratch like Mitch did with his 1266. i know there was a post questioning his work but his excavator is stunning! i think its speaks for his craftsmanship. brian
