I thought I might as well put all the progress pictures into a new thread. Thanks to Gary for the original post. Very cool and unique machine. http://forums.dhsdiecast.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=127923Started with the Norscot 963D. Removed the ripper and ground off the mounting points. Added the rear lift points and rear housing/guarding. Painted the roof, grabbars on the boom, and the area below the front window Cat yellow. Got some time to work on the blade today. Just need to get the attachmet points done and painted and it should be ready for work. Thanks for looking. Jay Don't call it a comeback, I've been here for years.

That turned out very good. And now you get to answer all the people who ask when they see it... "Why not just use a bulldozer?"

Thanks for all the compliments guys. It is a pretty cool machine, but the build was a bit more difficult that I would have thought. Still had fun with it. I'll get the blade permanently pinned and everything touched up and post a final pic later on. Thanks again.
