Hello,
My name is Dustin and I have been a forum lurker for awhile awaiting access here. I love heavy equipment in general, just began to collect construction specific items. I work in the computer processor industry but would much rather be outside enjoying these monster machines.

Here are some of my models, enjoy.

I will post more pictures eventually or if requested.

My 18000 with an interesting load.

different but another interesting load not the best rigging but only temp.

Thanks guys, appreciate the comments.

Ben, I would love to get a 31000. Unfortunately not in the cards right now that money must be used for some new tires, bed liner for my truck, and I am moving again soon. Maybe if they are still available and lingering in stock somewhere in the fall the extra cash flow will be available.

That and I will need a whole room soon at the rate I growing in crane models, ha.

Welcome, looks like you chose some excellent pieces to start your collection. Excuse my ignorance but what are the parts your cranes are lifting?

They are actually high performance heat-sinks for computer processors without the fans attached. The way that they look really interested me, and the look like something that you could relate to a real life heat dispersion unit or something on top of a building like an AC unit.

Haven't bought or made any scale loads yet so decided to stick to these.

Heres a better image, again sorry for the rigging as it was something I conjured up in a few minutes of extra time:

I have a few older pics of it with me.
I love this model's detail, the harvester head itself has so much detail and moving parts. Also most side compartments open and are detailed inside (engine, hose hookups, warning labels, operator cab, radiator). Unfortunately the pistons don't have quite enough resistance to keep the small stick I use elevated.

I need better shots than these, and need a better camera but here are a few.

Ulf; better watch out, one day the local police there in your parts are likely to get a newer cruiser and then you'll have even less time to do the things you do!......might even have a radio in it!
