I have 13 photos of this accident that shows more of what happened, wasn't sure what was "politically correct" to show as I only had pictures and no details of the accident. I wasn't sure when the accident happened or if it was not to be over exposed, and as a crane manager on a large scale project I was looking to get info to share with the group as it was a work colleague that sent it to me.
The information shared here with this talented group is extremely valuable in educating our workforce. The reasons discussed here were pretty much inline with my thinking and experience, I was looking to have that affirmed.
No one ever wants to see this, as an operator, nor as a client, or worker. If we can educate our workforce, situations like this can be prevented.
Thanks all for your comments and details.
Regards,
craneman
