Do any of you guys have photos of your 4100 ringer with the extension kit on?

Any thoughts on the extension kit itself? At $190, almost might as well just buy a second crane?

Thanks,

Dan

here you go, it is a little expensive but it is needed to make the ringer in the proper configuration (rear mast), plus the fixed jib looks nice on it!

Get the ext. Kit. It turns this crane into a big model. It's worth every penny. I can't get all the boom in mine cause my ceilings aren't tall enough!

Thanks Cranedude! That's much bigger than I anticipated it being, I guess I can see why it costs so much.

About how tall is it all said and done?

Thanks,

Dan

Mine will (barely) fit under an 8' ceiling, but I don't have the fixed jib attached. Sensational model and MUCH better looking with the extension kit - even if you don't max the main boom out.

yeah it is an excellent model with the kit, i have mine most of the time setup with just a 20ft, and 2 40ft sections, love how it looks like that, heavy lift setup!

I have one 20ft. and three 40 ft. extensions on mine. Brandon and Justin are correct; it's a pricey kit but, well worth the money. Once you put up the back mast and a few extensions, you'll never go back.TM

Thanks again for all the info and photos. I didn't even imagine that these guys could go that high, looks like my 16000 and 1280 might have some competition!
