haha no problem, also found this. It says it is located from the UK, from what I understand, they basically just sell equipment. http://www.resaleweekly.com/893664-O&K-RH120Chttp://www.ceinternational.co.uk/machine.php?id=204

Check this out its got a lot of great pictures. Its actually the slide show for Marty Bellew's presentation and you can listen to him talk about his time at the landfill if you go to the Fresh Kills park blog. He talks about some pretty interesting things and I recommend listening to it. -Josh

Wonder what condition them 120's are really in?
I mean they aint been exposed to the hell'ish enviroment of open-cast mining ..
Wouldnt take much to throw proper front end on them.

Judging from the discussion in Steven Vales, Walking with Giants book. I cant belive that they are still stateside. It seems that the 120 (mechanical) series was EXTREMELY popular with UK operators for Coal extraction. These units, no hard mining life, I would think would be a no brainer, not only that they are on the shore anyway, easy access to boats. There was one quote where an UC is worth a pile of dough as the parts are no longer manufactured. Hummmmm.

Thanks for the pics I forgot that two are back-actor configuration .. I see one has been stored correctly. Apart from the deadly salt air the machines look in excellent shape and would fit in up Scotland, if they painted all the components different colours And yeah .. The RH120-C is a proper work horse, Easy the best in class and shows the newer units up still to this day.

This photo I took almost 2 weeks ago, looks like they have cleared a building that is seen at the bottom of the other photos I have taken. Which means that progress on the park that they are building is heading where the O&K's are. If you don't know, the O&K's at the landfill are being put into a park. You can see the concrete part in this picture. Here is a tour that went on in october 2011 O&K Excavators by freshkills2030, on Flickr

The last picture really show's the size of these machines. Truely a large machine. Now if I am understanding you correctly, these machines will be placed thoughout the park? Now that is nice but what a waist of money. The city with all of its budgetary constraints could use the profit from the sale of these. And I for one, would like to see these in use again, not just sitting rusting away.
Thanks for the update, James
