Yesterday I recieved my replacement jib dolly from Chou(YCC) inside the box was a sheet of paper with 2 photos on it not knowing why this was included, until I noticed 2 small items wrapped in paper, when I unwrapped these I understood, it seems a few things were left out and off the model, original rear Aframe for luffer without, Now with item out of box, 2nd photo, these had me wondering until I worked it out, Little adapters to go on the dolly for the light lift head, just letting you know.

How do you get in contact with ycc for missing parts as this is the first time there has ever been a problem with one of my models? Paul.

What's with the cables on the jib a-frame ? One is longer than the other. Mine is the same way. Are these wind restraint cables ? Thanks for the heads up. I need to request the boom dolly adapter.
