Luis,

I've been following your progress on your dio. Always very detailed, nicely narrated ,nicely done photography but what is really great is the things you use to build it. Reminds me of a couple of other guys along with myself.

Great job so far Luis!! I'd make sure that vessel was pressure tested really good seeing as it is BP's!!!LOL

Just a reminder of what happened in the Gulf of Mexico a couple years ago!! Also I had heard the US Federal Government was holding BP fully responsible for the blow out and clean up!! Oh yeah and the fact that BP lied about the actual number of gallons of oil blown out into the Gulf!! They are still finding oil slicks in the Gulf even after this length of time that has been chemically tied to the BP blow out!!!

Can't wait to see more work, and that boom truck is awesome!!!

I like it, been following along. I wanted to do something like yours but the cost of 'H' beams from plasti-strut always stopped me plus the lengths. I like the 'columns'. Maybe- gave me ideas. Bob

Thanks guys for all the comments i will try to do my best as material is comming out of my budget.

Dain: thanks. The vessel is tested before it came in here by vip facility. And about the spill in the gulf i dont know who is responsable but in his cases they try to always blame it on anyone.

Sdbob: yes he material is spensive thats why i try to do everything my self out of anything i can find usable.

Now you sound like me-look for common materials that are cheap and can be used for these displays. Bob
