Just put the decals on this one tonight. Added the winch, rear screen, new idlers, metal tracks, carrier rollers, and of course a fresh coat of paint. Enjoy! Colter ddbcustommodels.com

That looks excellent Colter, I just wish it was easy to replace those horrible blue windows. Those decals look very crisp and the paint gives it a new life! Rowan. 1:25th scale CAT 375L excavator

Thanks for the compliments everyone! The older models are a joy to work with.
Jason, I agree with you, it would be really nice, since the D10Ts are becoming harder and harder to find.
Rowan, the blue windows are an eye sore.

That looks great! The paint job is awesome. Have you thought about possibly taking the windows out and having an OROPS? Then you could even add a little more screen to it on the sides. Facebook: NorCalDiecastCustomsInstagram: NorCalDiecastCustomsClifton

good job especially the paint, has anybody done any research into the D9 blade on these nzg's, I noticed that the D10T blade is slightly narrower and seems more detailed than the 9R blade?

Colter,
Thanks for putting up the photo- you can see the D10 blade is not as wide tho a similar height, its also the amount of detail contained in the Norscot and you wonder why people complain about Norscot. Well actually I am making the same type of generalization as the people who condemn Norscot. The fact is Norscot produce some great models and some real bummers but its a pity they do not listen to us the buyers instead of watching the profit figures, money is not everything. Almost forgot thats a real neat top carrier, not many people bother to do that!!

I have another D10N that I am putting metal tracks onto, I used the EMD tracks that Brandon Lewis sells for D8's, D9's, get a set plus an extra track (the longer length of the hi-drive system), then get an engineering guy to turn you up four idlers out of brass plus turn down the plastic sprocket. I will post photos when its back together later on this week Neil
