Found this photo while once again looking for something else. Beach re-nourishment equipment is my guess. Wonder how long the bucket will last ? This is not my picture, rights go to photographer.

Found this one too. Might not be beach nourishment after all.

There's a 325 L around here that has a smaller bucket off of a Cat 950 size loader. They built up the back side of the bucket and put all new wear plates on the sides and bottom so it'd hold up to an excavator better. Made it heavier so you have you be careful stretching out with it.

Not to mention the possibility of twisting the boom with a heavy bucket full.

Still an interesting bucket. I had no idea loader bucket's have found their way to excavators . The world is getting stranger...

We use setups that reminds of these here in Sweden to. Perfect for when laying down gravel over a large area. Often is grading buckets for wheel loaders used.

Here are two nice examples.

It looks to be quicker with a loader to me. Something for ground shakers to try.

Anything is possible if you don't know what you are talking about.

Thank you, wasn't doubting you but really like the idea of a hammer on a loader. Can't justify a loader like this on a barge though. Thanks for the link.
