DHS will have these models this coming week - they are already in a truck on their way here - get your orders in if you haven't already!!

We are only getting a partial shipment - first orders in will get first models out -

ANNOUNCEMENT! DJB D35 [CypModels 1:50]

CypModels has announced to produce in 2014 a new unique scale model in 1:50th scale:

DJB D35 Articulated Dump Truck

At present, however, CypModels still urgently is looking for more photos and drawings in particular, with the proper dimensions of the DJB D35 Articulated Dump Truck 1:1 in order to realize an exact replica in 1:50th scale.
Do you have information? Please contact me and I will make sure that it will go to CypModels.

It looks nice but I bet those outriggers wont hold the model off the ground. Whistle

No worries though....WSI has sent Tonkin a case of their world famous glue to use on their models so they can have the same high quality feel.

Custom scale model builder Gertjan Veld shows you one of his latest projects: Building a Caterpillar D25D Articulated Dumptruck by using the resin Kit from CYPmodels in 1:50th scale.

Today I added the first update of this "The making of...a Caterpillar D25D Articulated Dumptruck". The making of... a DJB D35 Articulated Dump Truck

Custom scale model builder Ciprian Ursulescu from CypModels has recently started his next project developing and building in 1:50th scale of the:

DJB D35 Articulated Dump Truck

It is our goal for the coming period in this "Making of... a DJB D35 Articulated Dump Truck" to show how this custom model will be achieved.
Ciprian Ursulescu, will share his building skills through its construction photos with little notes from me to keep you informed of his progress.

Gradually it shows you the making of a unique model of the DJB D35 Articulated Dump Truck.

UPDATE! The making of...Caterpillar 527 Tracked Skidder

Custom scale model builder Ad Gevers shows you one of his latest projects: Building a Caterpillar 527 Tracked Skidder by using the resin Kit from CYPmodels in 1:50th scale.

Today I added an update of this "The making of...Caterpillar 527". This episode shows you how Ad Gevers does the finall Assembly and spraying of the model in the Caterpillar colors.

Huub van Dijk, like many of us always trying to shoot photos about rare Earthmoving equipment working on projects in the Netherlands.

You understand that he was struck by lightning when he had heard that there was a Holland Loader with two Caterpillar D9T dozers deployed in the Netherlands.

Each builder leads us through his construction process with photos and little notes so you will see gradually how a prototype or a completely scratch built "one of a kind" custom scale model will be achieved.
