Picked this Corgi king low loader up for a project job to go with my other king low loaders.
was cheap on ebay the original owner had repainted it white (will be black) & the goose neck was damaged so is glued.


So today got cutting started with the dremel with a cutting disc way too slow. So out with the air grinder with a cutting disc , hacksaw , file & glue.













those center thick beams are solid not like the thin trailkings.
the rubber tyres i cleaned the white over spray off with TEA TREE OIL now they have a shine as well

here it is painted & tires refitted. still need to do fine detail paint brake , tail lights , indecators & over size decals etc.

Hey, congratulations for your SPMT spacers project. At that size, they would probably allow for a better setup than mines for the Corgi slug catcher tanks.

thanks yeh there perfect for the sluge catcher tanks Smile

got some more pusher / pullers in the mail (Mack M45 , a benz 8x8) & more light blue nicholas modules & 4 file headers.

have another set of 6 x L/Blue nicholas bogies & 2 x 4 file headers coming from the UK , M45 Bigge , 8x8 benz , wsi ballast trailer & another Tenkate drake.

the Sword 3 x 3 hooks up nice too it Wink - i'd like a custom 3 x with a higher goose neck for the front so can use a full 3 x 3 x 3 config Smiley
