Hi!! I THINK i posted these on a different topic last spring.I'll post them again if it can help you...... This one is located no more than 20 mins drive from where i live. The whole Pettibone product line was discusted in one of HCEA's Equipment Echoes a few years ago(somewhere around 2008 or 2009).They built hudraulic excavator but only small ones, smooth drum packers, soil stabilizers and of course wheel loaders, forklifts and hydraulic truck cranes. Hope this helps. Max.
Cat 245.....Now and Forever I am looking for industrial auction brochures from Ritchie Bros, Miller & Miller, Forke Bros, First Team Auction, Max Rouse, etc from the 70's, 80's and 90's.I am a collector and heavy equipment enthusiast and these pamphlets are loaded with nice pictures of cleaned and freshly painted equipment.Thet don't have much value once the sale is over but they are a great help to me in preserving the memory of machines that are no longer being built. Please, help my hobby by looking in your old storage boxes and file folders for these old auction sale brochures.Your help is much appreciated.

Hello 171, Unfortunately, i do not have any pics of a Pettibone excavator.I think they were a very scarce type of machine as i never saw any no where either in real life, either on equipment trader websites.I got over 2 000 auction brochures and never saw one being sold at the auction either. All i know is that theire was no more than 2 models being made and the largest was approximately 1 1/4 cubic yard. They were made in the late 60's early 70's. Sorry. Max.

Hi UH171, Yes, i am pretty sure you'd get the same kind of amazement than i get by looking at pictures of older machines, especially if (and i know you are, because of your name)you are an older machine enthusiast. Theire are two problems:First is that i don't spend a great deal of time on the computer and second is that technology and i don't necessarly get along to well!!Especially when ypu have ultra-low speed internet=>:-< and all kind of issues poping up every time. That being dais, i don't close the door on your proposal.Maybe, one day. I know someone post Ritchie bros pictures of equipment on Youtube and i always enjoy looking at his videos, i am aware that i am not the only one. Kind regards. Max.
