Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

Very nice photos, thanks for sharing. Now if someone could come up with a set of decals with the name "ASIA GROUP" I could air brush the rims blue and make my 1/50 scale AC1000 come to life.
Thanks, Ted

Thanks, Ted I was sort of thinking the same thing. Wouldn't be too hard, though I'd have to buy the model first! Paul R

Thanks, Ted Spot on mate, the livery for this baby is surprisingly easy to replicate since it used 95% terex colours. A pity their LTM1500 will be hard to replicate as their chassis is painted blue which is a tricky paintjob. Anyway, many thanks for the compliments.

Dear all, Noticed that my picture has found its way into Hansebube forum and few people are wondering why such a small Scania is needed to tow the AC1000. However i couldn't speak German (i understood their questions via google translate), so maybe some friends here could assist me to convey the message in the forum under the AC1000 thread there. Many thanks! The AC1000 has to be towed because it is not registered as a vehicle on the road. If you would have noticed, the AC1000 does not have a license plate, unlike other AC1000s in the European countries. This happens here because by not registering the vehicle you save on road tax, vehicular insurance on the road (i presume) and registration fees etc. In my country all this adds up to a huge sum. Most of the time the crane will be in the yard or in site works so it does not make any sense to register the vehicle legally and paying for nothing (yes you still have to pay road tax even if you dont drive it on the road). Hence the Scania comes in as a tow vehicle so that the AC1000 can be driven on the road. Both machines must be in synchronised order otherwise the Scania would be pushed around like a play toy. Likewise if the AC1000 is too slow, the Scania would have its own troubles too. In short, the Scania is there just to make the AC1000 "legal" on the road, no actual towing at all. Yes, the tow bar is attached onto the crane and truck. My picture only showed the process of hooking the bar on. Regards, Chester(Wei Chuen)
