This is good but not justice - I must talk to Derick.

I would rather enjoy, and I am sure you guys too, a video with this Rig hooked up to a "Super Link" trailer fully loaded with 42 Metric Tons. That is the new payload max which can be achieved here legally with a new trailer concept.

Well i thought i'd show some of my favorites

HHA V8 Mack Superliner

12v71 Peterbilt 359

Scania LS76

While these last two aren't trucks it's still good listening.

Caterpillar D9G

EMD GP9 567 Prime Mover

See excellent Scania V8 videos on Facebook Page "Trucks and Trailers". You have to scroll down right thru the page to see all.

I don't know if you or some of the other guys on the forum have seen this - if not enjoy. I must say this sound grows on one and agree it sounds good.

Well, any BIG power for me sounds good, But in today's world its rare to get a modern, roaring, un-muffled diesel hard at work, here is an exception. Brand new Cat C-27 working about as hard as it can grinding big maple stumps. I shot the clip a few years ago at our local forestry show. Not a realy BIG engine, but still a thousand plus hp at work.

Thanks for the heads up Dolph, I'll pop over for a look.

Nice addition to the thread Tim, and I like the "grinning face" and claws peering out!.

My personal favorite is the Cummins sound followed by Cat Engines and Detroit V engines. I love my Cummins I drive at work but I wish I could modify it.

I think this is a Detroit 8v92

V8 Mack tuned to perfection with a heap of weight behind it.. going up a decent grade.. music.

As a kid used to go swimming on Greenmount Hill (anyone from WA will know it) and was in awe of Brambles pulling a load up the hill listening to them pop and bark away.. pure music

GM's sound good same as a tough big cam Cummins.. even the turbo whine if a CAT has its own charm..
