I bought one from DHS and it came today. Earlier this year I bought a bunch of parts for it including counterweight, push blade, canopy etc. My intention was to be able to make any combo of the D10's out there. Anyone had any tips on swapping out the parts for the models?

They come apart pretty easy , I've had both mine apart, I want to add EROPS to my D10 push cat but I haven't been lucky enough to find a cab

So my D10 is here.

Pretty darn amazing. Except for the big stack exhaust. I have am not a big fan of the set-up. So it got me to searching...

Now my question is: were there two versions of the twin stack D10's? Here is a photo from Justin of one with under hood air intakes.

And Ken's photo of a D10 with the intakes on the hood.

I miss Justin's posts on here, he had some cool stuff to share. I know he has a Facebook page and YouTube but it was always nice to add to the forum.

The twin stack D10's were just like a "b" model so to speak, the first D10's that had the single stack got too hot under the hood with the one big one so the built the dual exhaust system, so when they rebuilt the exhaust system they had to redesign the intake setup

Once you get into the model it is not too bad the disassemble.

Not much time for model building right now in the summer. I had enough time to get this done. I really liked keeping the intakes under the hood.

Thanks, RPFowler's work is what inspired me to build my own.
