Here is a conversion from the HEMTT M977 A2 Cargo Truck to a M983 A2 LET Light Equipment Transporter.

Shortened chassis by scale 29", added winch, toolboxes and fifth wheel. Paint next.

My compliments to everyone building the nice customs shown on the Forum lately.
