I picked up some goodies at Joan Fabrics.

The lobster clasps will be used for chain spreaders on the excavators and crane. The rhinestones are going to make some work lights. I have seen this done before but I decided to give it a try. It dresses up some models like my D9N and TC-12. Also works on these two.

I've used these before too - I found that the jewelery jump rings or a strip of styrene drilled out make nice bezels that add a touch of realism to the lights.

If you check online you can find square rhinestones too!! Also check HERE they sell packages of 1200 multi colored square rhinestones for women to put on their fingers. These would be ideal for lights on the models. The cost is about 14 US dollars for them.

When you go to the link above you want to go to the "Store", then scroll down to "Nail Art", then scroll down to "Rhinestones". There are lots of them and if you scroll down you will come to the round containers with the different colors and different shapes.

I'm a kid at heart, so I will play with any model construction vehicle from 1:87 scale to 1:1 scale!!!!

Age is a state of time NOT a state of mind!!
