Starting yet another custom. We bought two of these machines at work a couple of years ago. Ever since I have wanted a model. With the F series cats coming out I doubt we will see a model. Just starting on the counterweight.

Looking toward to seeing the progress. The Deere 245 I have been building is collecting dust, this might help me get it going again.

This maybe a silly question, but what do you use for a measurement conversion? I see a ruler in the pic, is it remarked to scale?

I just download the specification brochure for the Cat 320E L rr off of Cat's website. I use the dimensions on there for the build. The rest of the measurements are locked in because of how Norscot scaled the 320D L that I am using as the base model.

All done now. I will probably add a coupler that I have later.

The hand painting is okay. I don't have a very steady hand.

Looks good from five feet away. I am very pleased with how the counterweight looks.
