What's the reasoning as to why Cat put their logo on the stick rather the boom?

Also getting very impatient on that 349!!

As crazy as it might sound, continuity. IF you look at one of the FS versions in all of the 6000 series there is not as much room for it on the boom because of the tri-power linkage. So they put it there for the hoe version as well At least that's what I'm thinking

regards,
Jim

So we should see it during the second March of 2016!

Are you an enviromentist, or do you work for a living?

There,s a dirty great big lifting lug on the boom right where the decal would normally go, i would say as they can not get the decal perfectly flat on there and looking as it should the stick was the next best place.

As far as impatient waiting for it etc. get over it, you want models now, you want models cheap, you want progress updates, you want models accurate to the last detail but no one can wait for it, just remember it is going to sit on your shelf or in your display cabinet for the next 10,20,30 years plus so you will have plenty of time to admire it and think of the benefit of the lead time from announcement to delivery, this allows you to budget very well.

As far as the model goes, she looks the goods but will need a 777G to go with it in my mind.

It will most likely be even cheaper in the US as there will be duty tax added to the Euro ammount, still looks a cracking item

Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"?

The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.
