Got me drooling over here, can't wait for mine to get here! Almost more excited for this then I was with the ltm1400, probably because it's a crawler....

Thanks Grigory, the detail looks much better for Conrad. The walkways up the boom sections is great to see.

Be sure to take pictures beside an lR-1600/2 when you are all finished so we can visually see the difference between the two. I want to know what an extra $300.00 dollars really gets you, so far I see a ton of plastic parts.

German labour rates v's Chinese labour rates We're all in favour of supporting our respective countries regarding manufacturing and creating ,isn't that right ;) Great pics of this long awaited crawler,I will be pulling the trigger soon, and with the amount of companies running the 1:1 hopefully there will be numerous liveries comissioned
Why is "phonetically" spelt with a "ph"? ... It's better to be silent and thought a fool, then to speak up and remove all doubt The complex of Newgrange was originally built between c. 3100 and 2900 BC,[2] meaning that it's aproximately 5,000 years old. According to Carbon-14 dates,[3] it is more than 500 years older than the Great Pyramid of Giza in Egypt, and predates Stonehenge by about 1,000 years.

Quote:Plastic is only pendants like usual on Conrad models. All other parts a metall. If u got some problems with it - then do not buy. I have all crawler cranes. This one - one of the best. Well that's great that it's one of the best I just thought all those pins and pieces were plastic as well and the bridle for the derrick. I would love to know why you think this one is one of the best because I am going to be picking up a crawler soon but was kind of holding out for the lR 1600/2 Wasel. A Millwright..... in Alberta.

Bingo... That is still a good-looking model. I have the 18000 and 1750 setup side by side and I never really fret much about the plastic in the Liebherr. They're both great looking cranes - in some ways the 1750 is a better model than the stock 18000.

It's shipped from conrad, was told should be shipping out this week to collectors, that's if they made it through customs and stuff pretty quick. I haven't gotten an email saying it's on its way yet though. Hopefully this week I do

I plan on picking up the red and black version.
