I've no idea whether anyone can answer this but I'll try anyway…!
Would something like nail varnish remover take the 'Volvo' name off the dipper arm of a Motorart Volvo excavator and leave the grey paint intact? The intention would be to put an operator decal on the dipper arm instead.
Thanks Tim

If you put some Goof-Off on the end of a cotton swab and gently rub the logo it should remove it. Make sure you use a dry cotton swab to remove the film that's left behind after you rub it off otherwise that film becomes permanent on the paint. Also don't use too much goof-off on the cotton swab only a tiny bit. I tried it on a 1:18 truck model to remove a logo on the doors and it worked great. "It's O-gauge or no gauge..."

Is 'Volvo' name off the dipper arm of a Motorart Volvo excavator painted or made of a adhesive text/decalc?
Could You post a photo?

I don't have one yet Fabio. It's something I'm working on as an idea to see if it's feasible.
Thanks
