I have a question, not claiming to be right by any means but isn't that Kenworth a T800W? Doesn't the C500 have steels fenders and hood that sit much higher? Great photos either way!

Someone mentioned in the videos comments that this C500 has an identical Hood to the T800W but is in fact a C500 so I can only assume it can be ordered with a T800W hood. Don't know if that's true or not but I can understand not everyone liking the big square C500 hood.

Thanks, I didn't watch the videos, looking over that sloped hood sure would be better than the big square one when you need all the room you can get.

So from what I have gathered it can be ordered with either a steel Hood like on the Wsi c500 or with a fiberglass hood like in the pictures. If I could find a red Wsi c-500 one I would love to build this truck. But of course as soon as I was going to buy one there discontinued and out of stock everywhere

honchoforever: I saw one a couple of months ago, but the guy wanted $275.00 There's really none left. Try the blue one in Ocean Traders livery or the Sarens livery. Same truck. Glad I got my red ones though. CAW

That's pretty much the story of my life with every model I want. I'm about 5-10 years late getting models that are now almost impossible to find.

I think just the wheels and centers would be enough to give that look. Just my two cents.

By the way, the wheels on the WSI Ocean Traders version of the C500 are aluminum buds vs steel white wheels on the red version if you want the look of the real truck in those photos.

I've thought about using a blue sarens or ocean trader but then I have to do a color change to red anyway and that's a pain in the ace! Lol

That one on Ebay looks good. Only one antennae broken, which is almost always the case. The rookie rods have been painted yellow, which looks pretty good. We'll see how high it goes. It's definitely been used though. That should tamper the price a bit. CAW And Claus, I like the white rims. I would like a trailer with white rims with it. Thanks for the pics by the way.
