Looks awesome i miss doing dios. To be technical you do not want to set a crane ontop of drainage or piping. If you do you will want a nice sand base topped with a layer of matting. Just somthing to think about when setting up the dio

10-4. I have never done any picks with a crane so it will all be learning in the model world from here.

I just want to say thanks for having the decency to use multiple posts to spread out your photos a bit. It really makes a difference compared to people loading all their images in the same post.

The more that I look at your Terex scraper, the more I like it. That was a great build!

That Terex is just plain wonderful. More more more.

Anything built by hand love it. Well done.

It reminds me of a time when I was young (about 9-10 years old), I went with my brother on a road construction job he was on when he worked for the NY State DOT. We were outside of Rochester, NY where they were constructing a new section of I-490 and the pans (oops scrapers) were push/pull and tearing the daylights out of a cut area. Well a week later they unearthed a huge boulder where my bro and I had been watching them. The geologists came and determined it was like 10,000 years old and wanted it. The contractor gave them 1 week to move the boulder or else. After a week of failed attempts to get the funding the contractor told them to wait a day and they could pick up all the samples they want. 1 day later the boulder was drilled, filled and turned into gravel with the push of a button 💥!!! The size of the boulder by the way was as big as a D9 (that was the biggest dozer made back then). Going good Ethan!!

I'm a kid at heart, so I will play with any model construction vehicle from 1:87 scale to 1:1 scale!!!!

Age is a state of time NOT a state of mind!!

Looking great! I always love seeing your dios, where did you get the pile driver from? Also what are you using for rebar? I use window screen but your spacing looks better than mine.
