Can't wait to see more on this one. Will Berend be allowed to close the road or will they have to maintain traffic?

The goal is to keep traffic moving, although there will be lane closures and the occasional road closure to facilitate the work.

We like to build our roundabouts off center, so we can keep the traffic moving on the intersection while it is being built. Of course this takes more right-of-way, but out here thats not too bad. It also allows the approaches to be skewed, which helps to slow traffic into the roundabout and produce better traffic flow.

Zach,
Your work is terrific and looks very realistic, congratulations!!!
The Tim Horton's restaurant with the s.u.v. waiting add a touch of realism as well.

Cat 245.....Now and Forever

I am looking for industrial auction brochures from Ritchie Bros, Miller & Miller, Forke Bros, First Team Auction, Max Rouse, etc from the 70's, 80's and 90's.I am a collector and heavy equipment enthusiast and these pamphlets are loaded with nice pictures of cleaned and freshly painted equipment.Thet don't have much value once the sale is over but they are a great help to me in preserving the memory of machines that are no longer being built. Please, help my hobby by looking in your old storage boxes and file folders for these old auction sale brochures.Your help is much appreciated.

Rocky100370,

The figures utilized by Zack in his roundabout diorama appear to me be from Bachmann in their Scene Scapes line:
