This is the last building of the Marathon Pulp Mill I finished taking down this week. We cut the legs on the evaporator tanks and pushed them over. The largest one weighted almost 70 ton. It was a wrestling match. Here are a few pictures my foreman took. We started this project in 2014 and hope to be all cleaned up by Christmas.

Beautiful place to be working for the summer. How's the fishing? I see a great spot for lake trout Smiley

Didn't know Link Belt made excavators that big recently.

Wasn't there some monster old school Link Belt......7400 maybe?

The fundamental aim....is to do everything that is attempted in a first-class way."

Thanks for all the comments guys!

CraneInnovation: Yup your right, there was an LS-7500, then came the 8000Q, 800LX, 800X2, and I think we will soon be seeing a 800X4. The company I work for actually bought the first link-belt 8000Q straight from con-expo. We still run 3 8000q's.
