Came across this bit of interesting news. Personally I think it looks like a t880 ran into a flat wall but that's just me. I'm guessing this set up is for concrete trucks or roll off bin trucks?

I think the set forward axle helps to achieve correct bridge lengths on axle spreads to maximize the legal gvw. I'm not certain but I think there's a length limit for straight trucks. Even if you can gain 500lbs of payload that's a good bit.
