Special Caterpillar 321D LCR longreach excavator. It has a reach of 16 meter and can work with 1.500 liter buckets. This special longreach excavator of Jelle Bijlsma is special built for their work. They doing a lot of dredging work and maintenance of waterways close to roads and narrow places. So the excavator needs a very short radius over the backside.

It sounds like the pump is straining to lift that arm.
I wonder if they kept it stock.
