Who makes that trailer?

Apparently Himobo did a run of these a few years back. So awesome. I wish they would run these again. Looks so good on the Ford. Here is the link http://forums.dhsdiecast.com/default.aspx?g=posts&t=139055&p=64
It’s on this thread, page 64.

Ross Fowlie,

Riviera2171 is correct: I think that it is a HiMoBo model built exclusively for Fritzes Modellbörse ( https://fmb-shop.de/ ) in limited production numbers. These never appear on HiMoBo website. They were all sold off long ago, sorry!

After some 3-axle extendable low bed semi-trailers (Scandinavian design), Fritzes had for sale some other limited runs HiMoBo's: recently, they were a few short low bed bed typical Norwegian 2-axle semi-trailers. But I'm afraid that these are all sold off also.
Today, only some HiMoBo accessories are left: https://fmb-shop.de/shop/de/search?sSearch=Himobo

I hope it helps.

Late 40s in the USA, coach of an iconic American company(*):

Yellow Coach Corp./GMC 743 4x2/2 coach (Corgi model),

Note(*): as WW2 broke-out, Greyhound Lines had 4 750 stations and nearly 10 000 employees. They since reduced noticeably their ambitions but, thanks to road transport low fares when compared to railway tickets prices in the US, they are still a major player in long-distance passengers transport. They still offer approx. 1 900 destinations (whom 4 are in Canada and 9 in Mexico).

Volvo FH4-T520 6x4/2 tractor with its temporary ballast box (WSI models) carrying two 11.18 tonnes concrete ballast blocks (homemade). The vehicle is pushing a 8-line Goldhofer THP-L8 modular trailer (modified Conrad elements) loaded with two unknown brand 40ft maritime containers (Diecast Masters models).

Note (*): it's a pity that the German toy manufacturer simply selected their standard "cross-country" tires for that model:

But considering its very low price at the end, one shouldn't dream too much!

Back in UK in the 1930s(*):

Sentinel Waggon Works DG4 P 4x2/2 dropside steam truck loaded with 2.09 tonnes of coal sacks (Corgi model and load),

Note (*): in the 30s, SWW was, together with Foden, leader in the British market of steam trucks and produced that type of vehicle until the end of World War 2. In 1947, they finally moved to the production of more conventional vehicles and closed-down in 1956. with Rolls-Royce taking-over engines fabrication only.

It is rather seldom that, within the same period, 3 models manufacturers produce the same American pickup truck in 1/50 scale: First Gear (with their crew cab Ford F250), Sword (with their extended cab and crew cab F250 models) and Tonkin Replicas (day cab F350).

On the "other side of the pond", a Ford pick-up truck carries a 1960s restored car to a local vintage vehicles gathering:

Ford F 250 Lariat 4x4/2 pick-up truck (First Gear model) and PJ Trailers C5 2-axle car hauler trailer (Weiss Brothers model) loaded with a Plymouth Sports Suburban Station Wagon 4x2/2 (modified Corgi Toys model).

Another 1/50 First Gear set:

Ford F 250 Lariat 4x4/2 crew cab pick-up truck and Load Trail CH 14 2-axle utility trailer (First Gear models) carrying a 3.49 tonnes Bobcat E35 compact tracked excavator (Wan Ho Industries model),
