Thanks for the nice comments. Stephane, the toothed sprockets I cut out of MDF on the bandsaw - just did them by eye and they worked out ok. Wouldn't use MDF again though as it's hard to get a good finish (doh!). The front wheels are from the good old Bruder CAT dozer - the model that keeps on giving (tracks went on a Demag 485, decals went on a CAT 994 loader and now the wheels on this). I might even use the giant push blade to create a super-sized waste compactor out of a knackered Terex 72-71!

Lovely work Jamie - it looks absolutely fantastic. The bucket and the stick especially look really nicely detailed. Now if you could make it again, and weather the second one...!
