Does anyone knows what is the deal is with this picture hosting platform now?
I tried (after 2 years) to re-log myself in, but it seems to be liked to Facebook now.
I seem to be blocked because I have set restrictions against Facebook. Did anyone experimented the same issue, and if you were successful logging back in, did they kept previous pictures from past records?
Stephane

I’ve just logged in with no issue. Been the first time I’ve done so for a while.

I had not tried to even log in since they killed the 3rd party hosting for free, but just did without Farsebook or Instaglam and all my photos seem to be there. I also uploaded a couple of photos and everything seems to work fine. There is still no 3rd party hosting for free, but they have drastically revised their pricing of different "plans".

Salut Stéphane, I had all kind of issues with Photobucket until i got sick and tired of them so i stopped using that site. If i remember right, last time i tried with them(it was over a year ago) a message showed on the screen telling me that a password was sent to my email and i had to use that password in order to log in, wich i did but again they denied me the access to post pictures. On the top of that, their website is outrageously slow-i guess the fact my computer is 10 years old does'nt help!!!! The only thing that seems easy to do with PB, beside getting frustrated is to see crappy advertisements!!!!! Since then, i created an acount with Flicker. Good luck..... Max.
Cat 245.....Now and Forever I am looking for industrial auction brochures from Ritchie Bros, Miller & Miller, Forke Bros, First Team Auction, Max Rouse, etc from the 70's, 80's and 90's.I am a collector and heavy equipment enthusiast and these pamphlets are loaded with nice pictures of cleaned and freshly painted equipment.Thet don't have much value once the sale is over but they are a great help to me in preserving the memory of machines that are no longer being built. Please, help my hobby by looking in your old storage boxes and file folders for these old auction sale brochures.Your help is much appreciated.

OK, well that's about the same plan for me too, although I've been with Flick'r for a while now. Just as Weserhutte, I hate Fakebook and stay away from it. I guess it's status quo for me in regard to PB then. Photobucket just don't seem to be attractive anymore, if it has ever been ... Stephane

I ditched photobucket a while ago when it was no longer free. It seemed like a good site about 10 years ago when I first joined. It went downhill from there. Flickr now...
