I know there is some facebook discusion going on here , so for the non facebook guys.
Been looking for a while for the Northwest 25D from Speccast and then the dragline version.
Is not easy to find, but the shovel version happened to be on my path.
Looking at it for a while and came to the conclusion that a conversion must be doable.
If we are going to convert anyway, we will improve some points also.
Because it is a nice model but the fact that they have combined two drums to 1 and have not made a fairlead is a real shame.
Also the boom of dragline is not very nice and also a bit short.
In short, new drums, a fairlead, and a boom with more details and length.
The whole bunch is 3D printed and made available to other enthusiasts.
