Craig: I do not know. The back of the packaging looks like it was made for someone in Argentina. There is a FORD license logo on the rear, made in China. I suspect made In the factory that makes IXO and NEO models. I bought this on Ebay from dealer in France.

Looks like it was modeled off of this truck, built by Marc Gambosi in 2015-2016. He debuted the truck in TN at the Tow Show in honor of the 100th anniversary of the invention of the tow truck. The truck is an amazing piece of work and has to be seen in person to appreciate it. Not sure where it is now, I know its changed hands a few times. Looks as if there is another tow truck model I need to add my growing collection. Flickr Photostream
