Another fun little project. Take one Lionel shovel kit, add a photoetched boom from a Duncan Models Priestman dragline kit, add a Gescha Poclain 90 material handler grab, slap a giant counterweight on the back, shove a load of lead in the body to add a satisfying weight and hey presto, you have a... sort of result, ish. ![](https://live.staticflickr.com/65535/50513645987_d222856c4f_b.jpg)

That's a neat lil custom, Jamie... I already discovered it in the background of the H485 pictures you shared. With a larger grapple it would be well-suited to load sugar cane! Especially with the wide tracks on it. Thanks for sharing, Max

I STILL haven't found a better way,of adding extra weight,to any model,other than lead weights.Looks good.Nice one.Those tracks will have no problems,moving the machine around,or on the rocky terrain.
