I live in the u.k.,but do not know of any independent suppliers of just rams, and jackets.I have removed and replaced rams off broken,or used for other means(surplus)models.I have used rams and jackets from attachment kits,to use on,machines, cut to the right length. Most have just been repaired. It may require removal, you might try Chris Irwin models for something specific. There is a good range of bits and pieces, that may be suited.I have used 1/32 stuff, for 1/50 models.Chris is in Ireland, and the stuff is very well priced, plus shipping is cheap.

I have used a piece of brass tubing that I slide over the plastic housing. You can cut a couple of rings of the next size tubing for the top and bottom of the housing and paint.

A longer dump cylinder for the First Gear East dump trailer would be good.

Cut and flair one of those extendable magnet pick up tools. I’ve done that twice for my triaxle builds. Currently working on a dump trailer.
