Good morning!
After many tests and configuration changes I have managed to obtain my flexible material tires in scale with an acceptable result :d/ , the only thing that I have to polish the inner face of the tire to remove the marks of the supports...

Did you cast these yourself or were they purchased?

Hi Dex, I do. Having a picture of the tire track and the measurements or scale, I can do it, even if it's a custom tire track.

Hi RMS Models, the four that are the same, it is an order for a CAT 980C scale 1:50. The other three are test models with different tire tracks.

Hi Gd10r!, yes... I can do for sale but little by little because my machine can only do two at a time when the tire diameter is less than 40mm. and the manufacturing time is 2 hours.

Are you 3d printing these or casting them in a mold?

Hi Dex! It is by 3D printing with flexible resin, that is why in manufacturing timeā€¦ if you tried to reduce the time, this resin offers a lot of resistance and the stepper motor loses steps. You could increase the layer thickness which is now 0.05mm. but I don't know if it would lose quality... I would have to try...
