In case your wondering why a Rogers lowboy trailer was called a "wobble wheel" was because its special wheel assemblies would visibly wobble when the trailer was empty as a result of its heavy-duty design.
Independent bogies: The rear assembly was made of individual, four-wheel bogies (an axle with a set of wheels) that were able to pivot separately.
Load distribution: This independent movement allowed the trailer to better navigate uneven terrain and ensure that every wheel had weight on it when carrying an extremely heavy and oversized load.
The "wobble": When the trailer was empty, the individual wheel bogies had no weight pressing them down and stabilizing them. As a result, they would visibly shake or "wobble" when the truck moved. 😁💪☠

I wonder how much of that wobble was transferred up to the truck and felt by the driver.

I am not sure, never pulled one. I would imagine about the same as a trailer with Daytons that weren't mounted straight...Think Whistle
