Guy: I have always liked the SpecCast models like the White and the lowboys. I have had many but like the 6x2 versions of the White the best. And those rear loading lowboys are great. The models are built well and command a higher price than one might think. They made another brand of tractor that i cannot recall right now. And there are many colors and logos. Dang good model. CAW
I just remembered the other truck was the International KB-8. Great trucks and the engine covers flip up on the sides and the doors open.

Craig, I agree with you: the White/LaCrosse and International/LaCrosse models look great. I have both the International and White in company liveries, already displayed in this forum: I hope it helps. Guy

Guy: I love the DAF and Carrimore one axle with the Massey Ferguson. I had a MF like that, but I don't think it had a tilting blade. It's a great little dozer. What's the max weight for the trailer? Craig

Craig,
There are 3 positions on that MF300P blade (it's what we call here an "angledozer"), straight, with a left angle and angled to the right. The payload I have found for the Carrimore trailer is 12 tons.
I hope it helps. Guy

Craig,
Specs are shown below:
- Scania/Läxä 143M-500 8x4/4 tractor: 500hp, GVW: 32/-- tonnes, GCW: 44/150 tonnes, - Goldhofer STVAH10/SKPH modular semi-trailer with a 6-axle low bed, ultra-low beams and 4-axle dolly: GCW: 145 tonnes, payload:-- tonnes.
Läxä was the Scandinavian manufacturer at that time modifying 6x4 into 8x4 (mainly Scanias), as 4 axles tractors were not widely represented in Europe. At low speed in Europe, Goldhofer trailer payload should be approx 120 tonnes, but this needs to be confirmed: the SKPH range was issued in West-Germany during the 1960s and was the light end (4 wheels per axle instead of 8 wheels/line) of the German manufacturer THP range.
I hope it helps. Guy
