Yes I did Sam. Whilst I still have far more WSI than Tekno, it seemed unfair to call it my WSI family! There will be two more Tekno's in the coming weeks or so, first being the Give Svaergods and then the Torben Rafn whenever that is released.

Thanks Sam. This one came from Whytes directly and I also have another one on order from my usual dealer. Nooteboom also had a few early on.

This Knoll TGX 8x4 ballast truck arrived before Christmas. Has been out a wee while but I only just now got around to taking some photos:

I nice livery I think and will look good against the other ballast trucks when they come out of hiding!

Great pics Paul. It looks like your Wm Whyte ballast trailer is bent? My one arrived with a severe bend in the trailer bed and a broken headboard, and a friend of mine also recieved one with a bent trailer bed. Must be a big problem with this batch of Whyte models. Think

Noel.

You've got better eyes than me but you were right. It was about 1mm out so I was able to straighten it out without causing any damage. Straight a a rulers edge now!

But it does make me wonder if there might have been an issue with this batch? Guess I'll know when the next one arrives.

What a cracking livery after seeing it in the flesh lastweek up at darrens house ,darrens trailer is bent as well and i noticed a rather large paint chip at the left door handle. but noel your ballast trailer looks like you could launch a harrier jump jet of it shocking i wonder are all these models like this pity because i was going to invest.
