Ok been kind of slow getting stuff out. I have been working in CAD trying to get good at 3d modeling. I am starting with the hitachi 470 since i had started them in 2d.
Doing these i will be able to 3d print buckets or print masters for casting.

1st one i did was a hd bucket 7 tooth with tiger teeth

Next i did a narrow 3 tooth bucket

i am hoping to have a small run of these ready before November. Done have my own printer yet so i have to out source.

Here i have redone the Tonkin loader forks. These will be the master for my forks. These are going to be cast in metal.

Ok got my 3d prototypes in for my tonkin cat loaders. I plan on getting these cast in metal but it is not cheap. So i am slowly getting the funds saved up to cast.
I need to fix a couple spots on both models for the final production model.

950,66,72 forks

OK guys for you that have not seen my facebook posts I have done 3 different sizes of Montabert hammers. The huge V65, the V55 and the V32. These are all drawn in CAD and then 3d printed. I finally received all three prototypes in now I am just looking at different production options.
These and all the other new products will be available right here at DHS

Shipped out yesterday these are a great fit for the loaders. All adjustable widths on the forks quick fit on stock coupler.

Applause I have a set of the forks, fitted to a Liebherr 586. They are fully functional and made of good quality metal.
