Guy thanks for the response and picture. Great shots of the mobile generators. How much do the 1/50 scale Coke’s cost out of the vending machine? These details that these guys put in are outrageous.

Is this temporary construction an access ramp for a future loading?

We'll know more (next time), I'm sure.

Guy: Does someone take pictures of the actual work being done and then your friends select the best pictures and make the diorama like the picture? If so, that someone would be taking pics every day as progress on a certain job takes place. This thread is just nuts, over the top, crazy good. It should be televised. Hurry up with more!!!!!!!!!! Craig,

Potential topics, mainly based upon real mining pictures, are discussed within the group, as they sometimes new need new models to be built and weathered. Then, when everything is available, they are displayed on the diorama.
The only one taking pictures of that is Denis and he tries, whenever feasible, to show the scene(s) from different angles and with a logical progression. I have seen some scenes changed or upgraded, following comments made by members of the French forum (where the subject is displayed first): don't forget that he is not at all in the mining business and that these comments are often useful.

I hope it helps.
Guy
