Finally got my AC1000/9 ASIAGROUP finished. Apart from the wheels it was a simple one to do but looks quite good I think.

Looks good Paul, just what the AC1000 needed, may have to do something to mine, not sure what, was hoping that Ainscough were going to get one, but they pulled the plug on that, like the wheels could use them for target practiceTeeth

I agree with the others. You really made that crane look sharp.

The lower half of the boom is the heavy lift part. So in a heavy lift scenario, the boom sections above that would be totally removed and the heavy lift head used. Similar in concept to the Liebherr LTM 1500-8.1 where you have the option of a 50m boom for heavy lifting and an 84m for more general work. Difference is that the heavy boom head is removed from the LTM 1500-8.1 when using the 84m option and the AC1000/9 you just slide in more sections.

Ah I get it now! I'm not a crane fan at all really so it didn't even cross my mind that that's what it would be for!

Love the HKV color scheme. Got one in LTF1060. Any quality issues with this 1350?

I've had none with this one. Aside from the pendant issues on the Sarens and Mammoet I've had no problems with any of the 1350's.
