i love that cabinet, great models in there and it just look very nice! the Wiesbauer collections looks very nice man Applause

Dear all,
My AC100-4 Kavanagh arrived today. As it was a nice day outside I took the opportunity to take some photos. Credit has to go to Paul Kavanagh for this model as he has done a great job. I think had he not been so particular then we would have ended up with just another AC100-4, but this is a stand out item. In the future, I hope to add some more details to this such as license plates and may be even the tool box at the back. I also didn't realise until I had taken the pictures that I have put one of the counterweights on incorrectly d'oh!

Enough waffle, here are the pictures:

Seems forever since I have been able to rig a new crane of any size, but the Franz Bracht LTM11200-9.1 turned up this week. What a great model it is! I actually think this is better than the Mammoet version because you can see more of the detail. Here are a few photos I took today:

The YCC cylinders arrived today for this crane and the McNallys one so I hope to paint them and fit them to the FB over the weekend. McNallys crane should arrive in the next week or so but I will need the decals for the cylinders on that one, something I think (hope!) Ricky is working on.

All I need now is suitable loads! Have on in mind for the Mammoet version but not yet for these, unless someone starts making fully assembled windmill blades and hubs!

So today I decided to change out the boom on my Grohmann LTM1800 to the LG1550 boom.

Before

Installing the Derrick Mast

Now the Main Boom

Reeving the hook block!

Now ready for a heavy lift

Have to say that I am really liking it in this configuration.
