Actros + Scheuerle Trailer

The review of this model is now on Cranes Etc. There is also a Cranes Etc TV review and I like some feedback about if you think this is a worthwhile addition.

Great review Ian and I agree with all the comments, especially the one regarding lack of instructions! This really would have been helpful and I have actually been promised something by WSI but as yet, nothing has arrived. My model arrived without the control pack originally but that has since been sent. I also had real difficulty connecting the drawbar to the steering using the large bar, primarily because I could not screw the screws in and ended up breaking the screws off in the hole. WSI did also replace this for me.

*EDIT* Just to say I went back and watched the TV review. Have to say that it is rather nice to see the model reviewed in that way and allows you to show some more of the functioning details such as suspension and steering.

But with that said, I do like this model and looks great with the transformer load that Jason built for me:

Not that I have seen. Nearest thing to factory colours would be the MB Actros with Intercombi modules - TII Group, but I guess you are after the module seperately:

Hi Ian, I really Like the Idea of having a Cranes etc TV, But it would probably be better on youtube or another website like that. I dont have The Microsoft Silverlight, infact i have never heard of it.

Hi Ian, I initially had similar reservations about the media player to Jack as I already have a couple of different ones installed and didn't really want more but I just downloaded silverlight and it was very quick and works very smoothly.

I think the Cranesetc TV is a great idea and i'd like to see you continue to use it for your reviews. Its great for showing the features such as the steering and suspension on the scheuerle modules.

Thanks for the comments about Cranes Etc TV. I have changed the method of presentation to use a YouTube Channel so it should be easier for everybody to see the TV reviews on the Cranes Etc website.

Nice review Ian, now I know what the difference between the second and third model is. I already have he Bauma and the updated version, the third is sure to follow!

EDIT: I just checked... I already have the third version, even before it was seen at the Toy Fair... I now only need the second version. Teeth

very nice, i especially like the TV aspect of your reviews now.... makes them even better and i think you get a better feel for the model and review rather than just reading about it
