It’s a Nooteboom Mega Windmill Transporter, or MWT for short. It is used for transporting tower sections and nacelles. This photo might explain more:

Yes Ruttle is really smart looking and a little different. I am not really a dirt model collector but those ADT's and excavators make for really good loads. Probably have enough for a small dio now!
