nice pictures Paul,

the Kynnigsrud LTM 1500-8.1 looks great, but i don't understand why the decal is at the front of the boom ? At the real crane it is on the back of the boom ...

A lot of photos show the decal of one of the real ones with decal at the back. But there is also a real one with the decal at the front.

I looked it up, and saw a picture of one with the decal at the front, but the wheels were painted blue and green. That looked pretty cool, and so do the silver wheels.

Paul, may I ask where did you get the aluminum ladders, especially the stool?

The Sarens LTM11000 looks awesome BTW.

Seen the Baldwins 1800,1/1,many times in London, usually picking the load off a truck, streets away from actual crane, then placing load streets away from crane!Always an impressive machine!Really good to see those wind indicators,on the models.I too,am curious about those ladders.

Hi,
The two normal ladders come with the model. The larger, ‘stool’ ladder came from Gift Models in Italy.

Yes it is. For the area where I live, we had quite a bit of snow and some cold temps for a few days.

The snow effect looks great, especially with the little bit stuck on the Thomen's tires. Lighting must have been a challenge, but as always, your photos turn out beautifully. At least, the ones you share with us do.
