I have been keeping up with the videos. Thank you.

I am absolutely flabergasted that given it was Bauma week that there has been absolutely no mention on this forum about it at all (your last post aside). Even more so when you consider what has been released such as the LR 11000 and LTM 1650 among many other items.

I miss the days when there was huge excitement around Bauma and what models would be coming!

Great videos Ian, thanks for doing them!

I agree Paul, this site seems pretty dead now and it's too bad. I was on the German site getting the info for all the new releases. Looks like Facebook has taken over now for the discussions on collecting and pictures. Can't really blame Facebook either as it is way easier posting photos. What really surprises me is that NZG have a lot of new pieces this year as well as the biggest announcement of the LR 11000 and not one mention of it from them on any platform? They really are behind in the marketing department.

Yes, very surprising there hasn't been any talk here with some very impressive models coming out.

Thanks so much for sharing the show with us Ian, really appreciate it!!!

Hi Ian, thanks for covering Bauma 2022, looks like it was another great show. I personally was excited for Bauma 2022, and have looked at the webcams for several months now while the outside booths and exhibits were being built.

From a diecast perspective, it looks like great amount of models were announced/released this year at the show. The ones that interested me the most are the Conrad MBI attachment set (I am assuming they fit the coupler found on the R922V, A920, and SK210 Long Reach), R940, SK1300DLC, and the Wirtgen SP 64i.

The SK1300DLC to my knowledge is the largest demolition excavator that has been made to date in 1/50th scale. The only models I can think of that rival it are the NZG Hitachi ZX1000K's. Although it cannot be fully be broken down for transport, I still appreciate the fact what Conrad was able to do on this casting. I doubt that we will see a version in North American yellow colors as I read somewhere that the real machine cannot be sold in the United States as its engine does not meet EPA emission standards.

Thanks for the review Ian. Excellent model from NZG, and really when you compare with CCM's CAT 6090, the NZG with the mesh walkways and fan detail is superior. The 500 GBP price tag is quite high but perfectly justifiable, and there's certainly a lot of model there. I'd love one but I'm nowhere near being able to afford one (I just bought a nice guitar!)

Happy Christmas DHS forum members,
Cheers, Jamie

I think I will pick this up and do a comparison with the CCM's. Looks like NZG did a fantastic job!

Jamie, awesome job on getting a new guitar. What did you pickup?
